The artist Julien Ridouard and the startup Blackhole Lab have signed an agreement to develop a research-creation residency in a microfabrication laboratory dedicated to microfluidics.

The subject of the residency is the aesthetic relationship between microfluidic tools and scientific research. The miniaturisation of health analysis systems made possible by the precision of microfabrication develops, despite itself, a singular aesthetic. This residency focuses on the use of microfabrication tools to question its use in the field of art. This approach is part of the development of a practice at the interface between art and science, between research and creation.
